Blueberry Oatmeal

Porridge is one of my favorite things to eat in the mornings. Varying it in different ways is both fun and good. By simply adding a handful of blueberries to your oatmeal, you immediately get a new taste and it also becomes more fun to eat.


Blueberry Oatmeal (for one):
40 g oats
200 ml water
100 g blueberries
A pinch of salt
Instructions:
Bring the oatmeal, water, blueberries and salt to the boil.
Cook over low heat for a couple of minutes. Stir occasionally.
Pour the oatmeal into a bowl and top with more blueberries. Serve with milk.
