A perfectly fudgy brownie can be one of the best things that can be created in this world. I like my brownies with a rich chocolate flavor! Try my recipe for a perfect fudgy brownie.
To get the fudgy, sticky and chewy texture, remove it from the oven when the batter has just settled and it's a bit wobbly in the middle.

You'll need a baking tin 20 x 20 cm (8x8 inch). This recipe will give about 12 medium-sized brownies.
Ingredients:
150 g butter, at room temperature
150 g dark chocolate or milk chocolate chips/or chopped (depending on how rich chocolate taste you like)
320 g granulated sugar
30 g cocoa powder
1 tablespoon vanilla
A pinch of salt
3 eggs
120 g all-purpose flour
Instructions:
Preheat oven to 350 °F. Prepare a pan and line it with parchment paper, put aside.
Melt the butter in a saucepan. Divide the chocolate into smaller pieces and melt together with the butter.
Add the sugar, cocoa, vanilla, salt and eggs and mix together into a smooth batter.
Finally, turn the flour down gently and mix into a smooth batter.
Pour the batter into the pan and bake for about 25 minutes (time varies depending on the oven).
The brownie should be a bit wobbly in the middle when you remove it from the oven.
Allow to cool completely before cutting into pieces.
