Overnight Oats with Blueberries and Coconut

As you all know, I love breakfast! I'm trying to test new things sometimes and have recently tried overnight oats. This cold oatmeal is a quick way to make/eat breakfast if you are often in a hurry in the morning. You prepare it the night before and you can add whatever ingredient you feel like adding!


For one person:

40 g oats

15 g shredded coconut

1 tbsp chia seeds (optional)

1 tsp vanilla powder (optional)

100 ml fluid (for example milk or yoghurt)

100 g blueberries


Topping:

Blueberries

Coconut


Instructions:

  1. Mix the oats, coconut, chia seeds and vanilla powder. Add the liquid and blueberries and mix together into a "batter".

  2. Pour into a glass or bowl and if necessary cover.

  3. Place in the fridge overnight or at least 4 hours.

  4. When it's time for breakfast, top with blueberries and coconut and eat it at home or on the go!
