This crunchy Christmas candy is something I do every Christmas. It is easy and quick to make and you only need three ingredients!
In Sweden we call this candy "ischoklad" (icy chocolate) and it's usually not my favorite Christmas candy. But with a bit of crunch this chocolate candy bite is magical! Anything that has something crunchy is automatically a favorite of mine. Try this simple and tasty recipe and find your new favorite too!

This recipe will give you about 40 pieces.
Ingredients:
75 g butter
200 g semisweet chocolate/or milk chocolate
About 40 g Corn Flakes (depends on the amount of crunch you would like)
Directions:
Put the butter in a glass or porcelain bowl. Break the chocolate into pieces and add it into the bowl.
Heat the butter and chocolate in a microwave on medium heat until everything melts into a smooth batter (about 2 minutes). Open and stir from time to time.
Crush Cornflakes into small pieces. Mix them into the chocolate batter.
Drop the batter into mini candy cups and put in the fridge to harden.
Enjoy your delicious Christmas candy!
