Blueberry Smoothie Bowl

A favorite breakfast of mine is a smoothie bowl with lots of goodies in it! It's healthy, it's delicious and it's so easy to make. All you need is a blender.


Make sure you have some frozen bananas in the freezer, some nice fruit or berries and a dash of liquid or yogurt and you have a quick and easy breakfast! Then top with any topping you like. I like to add some of the things I've mixed into the smoothie, granola or nuts on the top.


You'll need a blender that can handle mixing frozen berries and fruit.


Smoothie:

1,5 large frozen banana, sliced

100 g frozen mango, diced

150 g frozen blueberries

100 ml yoghurt with a taste of coconut (or your own choice)


Toppings (optional):

Blueberries

Blackberries

Granola


Instructions:

  1. Leave the frozen ingredients on the table for a few minutes.

  2. Mix all the ingredients together with the yogurt in a blender. Blend until smooth.

  3. Pour the smoothie into a bowl and top with any toppings you like.

  4. Enjoy your delicious smoothie!
