Green Smoothie Bowl

A good and healthy start of your day? Then you should try this green smoothie bowl. A wonderful mix of fruits and goodies!

The green color comes from the spinach. Does that sound strange? The spinach actually taste nothing at all, but becomes a fun addition with the color and with its goods.
You'll need a blender that can handle mixing frozen berries and fruit.
Green smoothie:
1,5 large frozen banana, sliced
100 g frozen mango, diced
50 g frozen pineapple
2 handfuls of raw spinach
100 ml yoghurt with a taste of coconut (or your own choice)
Toppings (optional):
Blueberries
Kiwi
Coconut flakes
Instructions:
Leave the frozen ingredients on the table for a few minutes.
Mix all the ingredients together with the yogurt in a blender. Blend until smooth.
Pour the smoothie into a bowl and top with any toppings you like.
Enjoy your delicious smoothie!
