Strawberry and Blueberry Smoothie Bowl

You never get tired of a smoothie bowl. You can vary it as much as you want and it's almost like eating dessert for breakfast. Here is a recipe with two of my favorite berries; strawberries and blueberries.

You'll need a blender that can handle mixing frozen berries and fruit.


Smoothie:

1,5 large frozen banana, sliced

100 g frozen blueberries

100 g strawberries

A handful of raw spinach

100 ml yoghurt with a taste of coconut (or your own choice)


Toppings (optional):

Blueberries

Coconut flakes

Hemp seeds


Instructions:

  1. Leave the frozen ingredients on the table for a few minutes.

  2. Mix all the ingredients together with the yogurt in a blender. Blend until smooth.

  3. Pour the smoothie into a bowl and top with any toppings you like.

  4. Enjoy your delicious smoothie!
