Tropical Flavored Smoothie Bowl

Here's another recipe for a delicious smoothie bowl. This smoothie has a bit more tropical flavors of mango and pineapple.


You'll need a blender that can handle mixing frozen berries and fruit.
Tropical smoothie:
1,5 large frozen banana, sliced
100 g frozen mango, diced
100 g frozen pineapple, diced
100 ml yoghurt with a taste of coconut (or your own choice)
Toppings (optional):
Strawberries
Hemp seeds
Instructions:
Leave the frozen ingredients on the table for a few minutes.
Mix all the ingredients together with the yogurt in a blender. Blend until smooth.
Pour the smoothie into a bowl and top with any toppings you like.
Enjoy your delicious smoothie!
